Anger is one of the many emotions we all experience. It is normal to feel angry sometimes, as there are elements within our lives that can trigger the feeling of anger. However, what is important to consider is how that anger is expressed and dealt with. Anger can start to become a problem when it is expressed through unhelpful or destructive behaviour at either yourself or other people or if it is repeatedly ignored. It is important to deal with anger in a healthy way that doesn’t harm you or anyone else. Recognising the types of situations which trigger your anger is the first step to figuring out what is causing it and finding a way to make things better. A number of resources are available to support you with this.
