Community Partnerships
Netherhall and Oakes Community Partnerships
We are committed to building our community, to enable partners to join us in our mission to shape students with excellent academic outcomes as well as high aspirations, empathy, confidence and resilience to set them up for success in life. Through partnership with Netherhall and Oakes, partners benefit as much as students.
Donate money, time, resources and/or services in-kind to become one of our Community Partners and a key part of our students’ educational journey. By becoming part of the school and college community, you will be transforming lives, and be able to measure and report on impact in a meaningful way.
PARTNERSHIPS AS INDIVIDUAL AS YOU ARE
As every one of our students is unique, we know that every prospective Community Partner has its own individual area(s) of interest, impact requirements and resource to give. Becoming a Community Partner can come with many benefits including:
- Increased company profile and brand awareness – through acknowledgement of your support, your company visibility will be raised amongst our diverse school community.
- The affiliation of your brand with a thriving school and college – we are nationally recognised and celebrated for our contributions to pastoral care in education.
- Enhancement of your corporate social responsibility strategy – through the addition of investment in young people, education and innovation.
- Networking opportunities – you will have opportunities to meet other Community Partners, members of the Anglian Learning Trust and of course, staff and students (and their families) from Netherhall and Oakes.
- Opportunities to engage with students over a sustained period – opening opportunities to talent spot and shape the talent pipeline, offer bespoke work placements and career support.
- Shape the future of your business – tap into young minds through careers talks, workshops or focus groups.
We do not offer a one-size-fits-all partnership, but welcome the opportunity to have a conversation, and discuss what is feasible and how to maximise mutual benefits.
