School Meals
Cashless Catering
Netherhall uses a cashless catering system in the food hall. This system allows each pupil to have an individual cash balance and record what the balance is spent on at any time or day. This balance can be topped up using WisePay

SUMMER LAUNCH
Our Catering Providers, Innovate, are launching a new food concept – Power Bites created by their Food Development Team.
Power Bites supports their amazing and diverse food offer, all items are priced at £1.30 with 29 options available. We hope Power Bites will help support those students that are looking for a smaller portion at a great value price. The options can be found below.
Free School Meals
Students from households with lower incomes could be entitled to free school meals. To learn more about eligibility and how to apply please visit this helpful Cambridgeshire County Council web page.
Students who receive free school meals have money automatically placed on their Cashless Catering at the start of every school day. This can be spent at break or lunchtime in the canteen. The student cannot be identified as receiving free school meals when they use the cashless system so the process is completely private.
Families who are currently paying for school meals will save around £450 a year if they are entitled to free school meals.
